We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Regulatory Accountabilities – Regulatory Analyst.

Key Responsibilities 

Act as a primary support to the Regulatory Accountabilities Advisors in the delivery of day-to-day matters for the Senior Managers and Certification Regime in keeping with regulatory standards. Discharge functional responsibilities related to the day-to-day maintenance and oversight of the Global Management Responsibilities Map in keeping with regulatory expectations and policies and processes. Responsible for the production and coordination of management information related to the Management Responsibilities Map including but not limited to approved information sharing with key regulators and senior management as required. In doing so, taking responsibility for maintaining an effective control environment helping ensure compliance and that the service is well controlled. Take a primary support role in the review and update of Senior Manager Function manuals, handover certificates, regulatory job profiles, regulatory approval documentation, the annual review of Statements of Responsibility and periodic Senior Manager Function Health Checks to help drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in Global approach to the Senior Managers Regime. Undertake additional responsibilities for the delivery of tasks set out in the Corporate Governance & Secretary Global Remuneration and Regulatory Accountabilities service catalogue from time to time as required; support with the compilation and provision of timely. Accurate management information for all services Corporate Governance & Secretary within the service catalogue; contribute (supporting or leading) to Corporate Governance & Secretary projects and tasks; contribute to corporate transactions, regulatory projects and regulatory submissions; manage a wide range of relationships with key internal stakeholders; an track and act upon changes in relevant legislation and regulation. Requirements Experience in providing operational and logistics support. Well-developed organizational skills. Excellent time management with ability to multitask and to re-prioritize in very short timescales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory, as are good tact and diplomacy; including the ability to maintain and develop relationships across the organization as well as within the team. Ability to work under pressure, to tight timelines as well as on multiple tasks simultaneously. Being a good team player, cooperative, collaborative with positive, willing to learn attitude. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, positive and utilizes initiative to resolve issues. Strict adherence to the requirements of confidentiality. Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
