JobDescription:
  • Counsellingstudents and potential PR/WPclients.
  • Understand the student s eligibilityand requirements and advise them on the availableprograms.
  • Advise students on the applicationprocess and language requirements.
  • Give clearand accurate information based on study abroad options and visalaws.
  • Guide students in identifying andbuilding a career path.
  • Must have excellentcommunication skills and be fluent inEnglish.
  • Follow up with students via emails andphone calls.
  • Must be able to research andsuggest programs accordingly.
  • May be requiredto multitask such as visa files (Training will beprovided)
  • Advise Clients about financialsupport (e.g. HDFC Credila Avanse etc.)
  • Able toaddress the client s queries in consultation with theteam.
  • Give the parent and/or student all theprecise information theyre looking for. Clarifying doubts infilling out forms or doubts of any othernature.
  • Regularly Follow up with leads andprioritize them based on highquality (salesqualified leads) andlowquality (marketingqualified leads).
  • Abilityto convert an aspiring candidate into a prospectivelead.
  • Possess a customerfirst approach whiledealing with and handling inquiries.
  • Monitorand keep track of existing client applications and keep themabreast of the latest updates on theirapplications.
  • Raise concerns and look for helpwhen needed.
  • Not be a complainer and findopportunities to resolve customerissues.
  • Consider problems as opportunities andfind every alternative option to deliversolutions.
  • Counsel the clients with upgradedimmigration information pertaining to their age education workexperience language eligibility and chances of immigration.Apprehend the expectations and requirements of the clients and aidthem with relevant overseas career opportunities (taking intoaccount all the eligibilityfactors).
  • Participate in exhibitions seminarsinterview programs or other outreach activities to convert existingleads generated by the marketing team or other conversiongeneratingactivities.
  • Approach educational institutionscoaching institutes and similar organisations where there is a highpotential for student immigration inCanada.
  • Should have excellent interpersonal andpresentation skills and should be confident enough to speak withstudents and parents.
  • Responsible for timelyreporting to the CEO including weeklybyweeklyupdates.
  • Provide feedback or ideas forcampaigning or local promotional activities to the marketingteam.

  • Use and maintain standard officeequipment. (E.g. multiline phones photocopiers printersetc.)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge in theuse of computer applications includes word processing (MS Word)spreadsheets (Excel) email and Internetsearching.
  • Candidates with experience inbusiness research legal writing or content writing will be givenpreference.
