Responsibilities
  • Establishmodify and initiate human resource programs andmethods.
  • Formulate and practice desired humanresource plans.
  • Suggest administration on theapplication of HR strategies and processes.
  • Take responsibility for the timely completionof human resourcerelated projects.
  • Help thecompany with the establishment and plan of suggested amendments inregard to the work schedule.
  • Generate means toassemble and determine information for policies and specificproposals.
  • Supervise everyday human resourceoperations for all HR personnel.
  • Provide aresponse to all queries and perform all human resources functionssmoothly and maintain costeffectiveness in allactivities.
  • Collaborate with the managementteam to the integration of all new employees into theorganization.
  • Ensure human resource strategiesand plans are in accordance with already developed programs andservices.
  • Organize conferences associated withthe certain affairs of HR.
  • Evaluate thecompanys ongoing HR plans/ meetings to suggest a suitableexplanation and resolution.
  • Research and stayuptodate with new trends and advancements in the human resourcesfield.
Requirements
  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resource Management or Business relatedfield.
  • Proven 2year experience as a HRconsultant HR Recruiter or a similarrole.
  • Strong working knowledge of HRsoftware.
  • Excellent analytical andproblemsolving skills.
  • Strong understanding ofHR functions methods strategies procedures andpolicies.
  • Outstanding research and analysisskills.
  • Excellent oral and writtencommunication skills
  • Exceptional presentationand consulting abilities.
  • Outstandingleadership skills.
