The BDM Sales will be responsible for lead generation and sales conversion for Solar grid tied division in
domestic, residential, industrial, commercial, institutional establishments in allocated territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities
Identification of potential distributors/dealer/System integrator in targeted territory and strategize the maximum market penetration through them.
Creation of Strong Channel network by appointing potential distributors/dealer and ensuring projected channel network
expansion in respective territory.
Lead generation and customers visits to maintain healthy relationship with them.
Lead conversion into useful revenue generation.
End to end process for sales solutions like, visit to the potential customers (if required), preparation of techno-commercial offer, negotiation and
finally converting the prospects into customer.
Formulates all sales practices and procedures to enhance brand visibility and product reach to all potential customers.
Coordination with the down line team for their daily sales activities and tour plan adherence
Essential Requirements
Should have strong liaisoning of the brand impalement of the Discoms if required.
Must have a pleasing and polished personality and good presentation skills.
Must have young and dynamic in nature.
Having good command over English and must have good written and verbal
communication skills.
Sales knowledge through GEM portal shall provide an additional benefit.
