Department

At Intelligent Automation - COE we work to enable a collaborative workplace that empowers FLSmidth to work SMART. We provide process automation solution in FLSmidth that can avoid repetitive mundane tasks by introducing BOT/s using RPA and other digital tools. In addition to RPA-BOTs we are also utilizing GenAI, Chatbots and Machine Learning technologies to enable further digitalization and bringing smarter ways of working at FLSmidth.
 

Responsibilities

As Process Automation specialist, you are responsible for Identifying, understanding, and designing business processes for automation. 

Setting up, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without risk of error

Prepares detailed technical /solution design document.

Develop and deliver projects in time and with quality.

Reports the project progress to all stakeholders.

Monitors the changes that happen during development or testing phase while ensuring the project scope and specifications is intact.

Develop AI projects hands-on, contributing to the entire lifecycle from conception to deployment.

Participate in POCs to explore how GenAI can be applied to enhance our company performance.

Coach and guide colleagues into GenAI development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions into our processes.

Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in AI and machine learning.
 

What you bring

A University Graduate or Post Graduate in Computer science or with equivalent qualification.

Advanced or Master certification in RPA technologies, preferably in Automation Anywhere A360.

Overall 8 to10 years of experience with 5 to 7 in developing automation solutions using RPA/Python/ML.

Experience in maintaining and upkeep of RPA environment.

Strong software development skills in Python, and/or other languages.

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, ML model validation and software engineering principles.

Experience implementing software solutions based on GenAI models

Experience with Process Analysis, Design, and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, and System Testing, including UAT and Bug fixes

Instrumental with NLP techniques, as well as information retrieval from different documents and formats.

Passionate about high-quality code and following best practices in software development.
 

Behavioral skills

A self-starter with creative mindset

A Team player and must be able to work closely with a diverse global team.

Work experience in agile development environment is preferred.

Strong communication skills in English
 

Educational Qualification and Certification

Bachelor or Master of engineering in Computer Science or equivalent.

Certification on RPA technologies preferably with Automation Anywhere A360.

Certification from reputed institution on Python, ML and AI
