Inviting applications for the role of Manager- PMO

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join the PMO. The responsibilities will include delivering on overall activities in the PMO, present a point of view and moderate discussions with internal and external stakeholders, project documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities:

·Quality review of Project documentation, reporting and communication

·Drive adherence to project plan and timelines

·Report outs to GPOs

·Moderate discussions between SI partner and G

·Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally

·Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area

·Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area

·Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions

·Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree Prior experience in project management Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to details and technicalities. Excellent organizational and technical skills.

Preferred qualifications 

Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
