As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing attractive and functional websites, working closely with our design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of front-end and back-end elements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop custom WordPress sites using Elementor Pro according to specifications.

  • Implement UI designs into WordPress from Figma files provided by the design team.

  • Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites.

  • Customize themes and plugins to meet specific requirements.

  • Ensure websites are optimized for speed and responsiveness.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with website functionality.

  • Collaborate with the design team to implement website designs.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Oversee a social media strategy.

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

  • Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time, or improving conversion.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in WordPress development.

  • Proven experience in developing custom WordPress websites using Elementor Pro.

  • Strong ability to convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress themes.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

  • Experience with responsive and mobile design.

  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
