This is a remoteposition.

As a Salesforce Data Engineer you willbe responsible for designing and implementing data pipelines toextract transform and load (ETL) Salesforce data. You willcollaborate closely with clients to understand their data needs andrequirements and develop customized solutions to normalize cleanseand finetune their Salesforce data. You will work withcrossfunctional teams including data scientists business analystsand developers to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data anddeliver actionable insights that drive businessoutcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand theirdata needs and requirements particularly related to Salesforcedata.
  • Design and implement datapipelines to extract transform and load (ETL) Salesforce data intodata warehouses or other storage systems.
  • Normalize and cleanse Salesforce data to ensure accuracyconsistency and integrity.
  • Finetunedata models and algorithms to improve data quality andreliability.
  • Develop and maintaindata processing scripts and workflows using programming languagessuch as Python SQL or Java.
  • Implement data governance and security measures toprotect sensitive data and ensure compliance with regulatoryrequirements.
  • Work closely withdata scientists and business analysts to develop datadriveninsights and recommendations.
  • Monitor and optimize data pipelines for performancescalability and reliability.
  • Provide training and support to clients on how to use andmaintain data pipelines and tools.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering DataScience or related field.
  • Provenexperience as a Data Engineer with a focus on Salesforcedata.
  • Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform and its data model.
  • Experience designing and implementing data pipelines toextract transform and load Salesforce data.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python SQLor Java.
  • Experience with datamodeling normalization and cleansingtechniques.
  • Familiarity with ETLtools and frameworks such as Apache Spark Talend orInformatica.
  • Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment.
  • Strong problemsolvingand analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce certifications such as SalesforceCertified Administrator (ADM 201) or Salesforce Certified PlatformApp Builder.
  • Experience with cloudplatforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau orPower BI.
  • Experience working in aconsulting or professional servicesenvironment.
