Yourjob description mightinclude:
  • Collaboratewith clients to understand their business requirements objectivesand challenges.
  • Collaborate with internalproduct teams to develop customized solutions and recommendationsto address client needs.
  • Partner withcrossfunctional teams to design and implement holistic solutionsthat deliver measurable results.
  • Lead clientengagements from inception to completion ensuring highqualitydelivery and client satisfaction.
  • Providestrategic guidance and thought leadership to clients and internalstakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor andsubject matter expert on business solutions and industrytrends.
  • Enable business development initiativesincluding identifying new opportunities and expanding existingclient relationships.
  • Collaborate with businessdevelopment teams in providing product/ solution demos toclient.
  • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of methodologies tools and processes within theBusiness Solutions Group.
  • Stay abreast ofemerging technologies market trends and competitivelandscape.
  • Stay abreast of notifications/circulars from regulators and share recommendations with productteams to ensureproduct.

WhatYou Need:
  • Atleast 5years of experience in the payments/ lending/ financialindustry.
  • Atleast 3 years of experience in thebuilding/ consulting payments/ lending solutions in a fintech/bank/ NBFC.
  • Proven track record of successfullydelivering highimpact solutions and driving businessresults.
  • Ability to work effectively in afastpaced collaborative environment.
  • Experiencein taking quick decisions basis data & analyticalinputs.
  • Ability to influence crossfunctionalteams without formal authority.
  • Sharp eye fordetail and highly developed organizational skills including theability to mentor teams.
