Job Description:


As a Senior Executive in NDT Operations, you will play a pivotal role in assisting with the planning and execution of departmental projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various tasks related to non-destructive testing (NDT) operations within the organization. Your responsibilities will encompass project coordination, documentation maintenance, ISO audits, departmental procedure implementation, and fostering effective communication within and outside the department.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist with planning and executing departmental projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.

Schedule and conduct meetings to discuss project progress, address challenges, and make strategic decisions.

Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to projects, including reports, protocols, and technical specifications.

Take ownership of ISO audits, ensuring compliance with ISO standards and regulations.

Coordinate effectively within and outside the department to streamline operations and achieve project objectives.

Implement and uphold departmental procedures in alignment with industry standards and regulations.

Conduct regular audits to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of departmental processes, implementing improvements where necessary.

Maintain proactive follow-up with other departments to fulfill any requirements and ensure seamless collaboration.

Demonstrate strong leadership and interpersonal skills to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.


Qualifications and Requirements:


Bachelor's degree (B.Tech or B.Sc) in Electronics or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in NDT operations or a related field.

Proficiency in project management principles and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

Knowledge of ISO standards and experience in conducting audits is preferred.
