GT CAO Job Spec:

Purpose:

Provides coordination, management and oversight of all administrative activities related to the goals of the Global Treasury team Supports & delivers on group-wide projects and initiatives, whether driven by Global Treasury or regulatory requirements

Responsibilities:

Responsible for administrative management /regional committees / GT deliverables Partners with GT Leadership team in implementing strategic and operational strategies Manages sensitive organizational data related to budget, headcount, forecasting, talent assessment Handles confidential data and information with total discretion Oversees Treasury culture and employee engagement initiatives Liaises with Critical Treasury Leaders – understands current issues in the business and assists business head in follow through Maintains working relationship with internal/external contacts, including CIO, ALM, Capital, GLM, Treasury Operations, Project Management, CFO CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance and others Works with the business on strategy and planning throughout the year Serves as proxy for business leads as required Participates in ad hoc projects as required Performs other duties as required Participation in outsourcing management

Skills / Experience:

8-10+ years of experience in financial institutions in broad variety of roles Highly numerate logic with strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills, including proven experience in negotiating and influencing results and change Experience in managing large cross-functional projects and presenting to senior leadership Experience in producing high quality documentation: translations, business plans, regulatory and outsourcing documentation, internal policies and procedures management reporting Experience in developing strong working relationships across businesses and functions and working as part of a cross-functional team
