Jr. Medical Officer

LOCATION: VADODARAINDIA

The role will be to reviewand verify large volumes of patients full medical records withprecision perform clinical reviews as defined by the specificreview methodologies and prepare a detailed report that includeschronologies and timelines summaries mass tort matrix and medicalopinions on case validity and valuation.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyzingand summarizing medical records for pre and post settlementprojects.
  • Interpreting clinical data in termsof medical terminology and diagnosis.
  • Adheringto company policies/client principles and hence taking good care ofclient culture.
  • Adhere to Health InsurancePortability and Accountability Act (HIPPA) all the time.
  • Daily reporting to Medical team lead for productivity& quality
KNOWLEDGESKILLS AND ABILITIES Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of basic level of health care data analysis andclinical review.
  • Sound knowledge of medicalterminology assessments patient evaluation and clinicalmedicine.
  • Ability to work proficiently withMicrosoft Word Adobe and Excel.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Ability to perform well in a team environment with staffat all levels to achieve business goals.
  • Ability to function under pressure and withdeadlineoriented project demands as well as manage multipleinitiatives.
  • Team player and motivatedselfstarter.
  • Detailoriented organized able tomultitask.
  • Effective communicationskills.
EDUCATIONALQUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREDExperience No experience required.MBBS graduate. ADDITIONAL SKILLS
  • HIPPA Critical thinking Basicunderstanding of US culture Basic understanding of organizationculture and behavior.
