As a Production Supervisoryou will play a crucial role in overseeing our productionoperations ensuring that all food items are produced efficientlysafely and to our quality standards. You will lead and guide ourproduction teams manage production schedules and work closely withother departments to achieve operationalexcellence.



RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:
  • Supervisionand Team Leadership: Lead production teams providingguidance training and support to ensure effectiveperformance.
  • ProductionPlanning and Scheduling: Develop schedules to meet demandconsidering raw material availability equipment capacity andworkforcecapabilities.
  • QualityControl: Enforce quality control measures ensuring foodproducts meet standards and regulatoryrequirements.
  • SafetyRegulations Adherence: Implement and maintain safetyprotocols ensuring compliance with safety and healthregulations.
  • OperationalEfficiency: Optimize production processes to improveefficiency and reducewaste.
  • InventoryManagement: Manage inventory levels coordinating withprocurement and logistics to ensure an efficient supplychain.
  • EquipmentMaintenance: Oversee maintenance and servicing ofproduction equipment to preventbreakdowns.
  • Trainingand Development: Conduct training for new and existingemployees fostering a culture of continuousimprovement.
  • Communicationand Collaboration: Ensure effective communication withinthe team and with otherdepartments.
  • ProblemResolution: Address production issues promptly ensuringminimal disruption tooperations.
  • BudgetManagement: Manage resources within budgetary constraintsto support costeffectiveproduction.
  • Documentationand Reporting: Maintain accurate production records andprovide reports tomanagement.
  • RegulatoryCompliance: Ensure compliance with food safetyregulations and industrystandards.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Identify and implement process improvementsto enhance production efficiency andquality.
EssentialQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Food Science Business Administration or related field(Preferred).
  • Minimumof 4 years of total work experience in food production or a relatedfield.
  • Provenexperience in supervising and leading ateam.
  • Indepthknowledge of production planning quality control and inventorymanagement.
  • Familiaritywith safety regulations and equipment maintenanceprotocols.
  • Strongcommunication problemsolving and leadershipskills.


Essential Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma orequivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is aplus. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the audiovisualequipment industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using billing and inventory management systems.Basic understanding of audiovisual equipment and technology.Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accuracy. Ability to work ina fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Sales-driven with a passion for exceeding targets.
