We are looking for askilled Accounts cum Admin to work alongside other functions anddepartments within team. You will be responsible for maintainingaccounts of the overall projects you will be responsible formanaging and handling the daytoday HR activities including documentfiling overseeing the office administration etc. ingeneral.

Responsibilities

  • Prepareaccounting entries and reconcile general ledgers.
  • Follow Company cyclical accounting processes.
  • Provide detailed analysis and explanation oftransactions.
  • Prepare monthly financial andvarious detailed analysis.
  • Organizingorientation programs for newemployees.
  • Assisting in Human Resources team inhiring.
  • Day to day officeadministration.
  • Helping in the annualperformance reviewprocess.

Requirements

  • Bachelorsdegree
  • 14 years of experience in accountsadmin Human resource or support.
  • Ability totake on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accountingand office operations.
  • Excellent communicationsskills and proficiency in English(written & spoken) and Konkanilanguages .
  • Excellent time management andprioritization skills managing deadlines to meet deadlines andpriorities work.
  • Strong interpersonal andpresentation skills with effective communication at all levels ofthe organisation and the ability to maintain strong relationshipswithin variousfunctions.
