Position Overview:

The Contingent Workforce Analyst is a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership, guiding them end-to-end through the requisition process; this partnership includes reviewing current business challenges and needs, consulting on available positions and job descriptions to ensure accurate scope, and delivering valuable market intelligence to advise both the manager and suppliers on available candidate population and competitive compensation. Beyond managing the requisition life cycle, the Contingent Workforce Analyst facilitates the assignment between temporary worker, manager, and supplier and advises on follow-up as needed in relation to compliance and performance. Reporting to the Senior Director, the Contingent Workforce Analyst works independently under minimal supervision, with support from other team members who provide mentorship while learning the role.

Job Responsibilities:

Establishes, fosters, and maintains positive working relationships with suppliers through regular phone/video meetings. Establishes and maintains a proactive, positive working relationship with hiring managers through regular communication. Manages and coordinates manager and supplier interactions through use of intake or job spotlight calls. Reviews and manages candidate submittals from suppliers to ensure the best qualified candidates are submitted for end user review and placement. Oversees all stages of requisition activity using Beeline VMS technology, ensuring optimum, cost-effective, timely, and high-quality results. Provides adequate oversight and training to ensure end user community and supplier partnerships reach potential. Facilitates program Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) training and updates to supplier community on a regular basis to ensure understanding and compliance. Communicates program procedural changes and updates to suppliers and hiring managers while providing all procedural updates in a timely manner. Facilitates to ensure suppliers appropriately manage onboarding, employee relations issues, orientations, performance reviews, and offboarding activities. Assists with supplier assessment efforts and updates as needed. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with contingent workforce program support or a related role in talent acquisition or staffing Problem-solving and time management skills to facilitate timely completion of simultaneous projects both independently and with others. High level of attention to detail Ability to quickly learn applications and systems Demonstrated strength in written and verbal English communication Ability to represent Epiq externally in a professional manner and provide excellent customer service both internally and externally Ability to think critically and use a broad range of complex information to identify recommendations and solutions Curious mindset and drive for process improvement and operational efficiency Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous system experience with a VMS or HCM (e.g. Beeline, Workday, etc.) Vendor management experience including SLA and performance metric management for staffing suppliers Broad HR background (talent acquisition, compensation, employee relations, etc.) as it pertains to a contingent workforce MS Office 365 proficiency (Excel – pivot tables, vlookups, formulas, etc.)
