We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer, with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance applications on the Microsoft technology stack, to join Client Infrastructure Services at AB in Pune, India.

As a Senior Developer, you will work closely with a team of experienced analysts, developers, and business resources to develop and support proprietary technology that creates and manages complex asset allocations for prospects and existing clients. This technology is critical to sales, client onboarding, and client servicing functions of the firm.

The key job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Building enterprise software applications using the Microsoft technology stack.

  • Collaborating with analysts and other developers to design and implement technical solutions to complex business problems.

  • Contributing to the entire software development lifecycle from inception to delivery.

  • Supporting production systems by investigating and resolving complex system issues in a timely manner.

  • Developing a deep understanding of the existing technology platform and the business processes that it supports.

Qualifications, Experience, and Education:

  • 8+ years of professional software development experience.

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Mastery of SQL and relational database development (SQL Server preferred).

  • Proficiency with object-oriented programming.

  • Proficiency in Windows desktop application development using C# and .NET (WPF experience preferred).

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

  • Proficiency with Git for version control.

  • Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions preferred)

  • SSRS report development experience preferred.

  • Investment management domain experience preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Track record of outstanding professional performance and academic achievement, excellent analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
