Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Salesperson to join our team at Aotsum Infotech Pvt. Ltd. As a Real Estate Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting clients, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in real estate sales with 4 to 6 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Experience in cold calling and business development
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Proficiency in using CRM software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Prospect potential clients and conduct sales presentations to showcase our real estate solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring maximum profitability for the company
- Stay updated with the latest market trends and industry news
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the management team
