We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SAP SD Consultant with extensive knowledge of SAP S/4HANA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Sales and Distribution (SD) processes, a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations, and the ability to design, configure, and optimize SAP SD solutions. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions that meet business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP SD Implementation & Support:
    • Lead and manage SAP SD module implementations, upgrades, and support activities in SAP S/4HANA environments.
    • Perform end-to-end configuration, customization, and optimization of SAP SD processes, including order-to-cash (OTC), pricing, billing, credit management, and shipping.
    • Conduct gap analysis and provide expert recommendations to optimize SAP SD functionality based on business requirements.
  • Business Process Analysis & Design:
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design efficient and scalable SAP SD solutions.
    • Translate business needs into technical specifications and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
  • Integration & Interface Management:
    • Ensure seamless integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO) and external systems.
    • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to interfaces, IDOCs, and EDI processes.
  • Project Management & Leadership:
    • Lead project teams, manage project timelines, and deliverables for SAP SD-related initiatives.
    • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants and team members.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SD consulting with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
    • Proven experience in at least 3 full life cycle implementations of SAP SD in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
    • Extensive experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD processes, including pricing, billing, credit management, and order management.
  • Skills:
    • Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and SAP SD best practices.
    • Proficiency in SAP SD integration with MM, PP, and FI/CO modules.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex issues.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Project management experience with the ability to lead teams and manage timelines and deliverables.
  • Certifications:
    • SAP Certified Application Professional – SAP S/4HANA Sales or equivalent certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry Experience:
    • Experience in specific industries such as manufacturing, retail, or distribution is an advantage.
