Job Description

Responsibilities:

 

Demo Development:

  • Collaborate with product managers, Solution Consultants, and Marketing to thoroughly understand the features, modules, and integrations offered by our ServiceNow Creator workflow products.
  • Craft captivating and interactive software demonstrations spotlighting the extensive capabilities of the platform, spanning App Engine, Automation Engine, and beyond.
  • Customize demos to address specific pain points and use cases within different industries and business verticals.
  • Develop tools and utilities to make demo configurations for the sales team simpler.
  • Continuous feedback and improvement by soliciting feedback from various stakeholders

Technical Expertise:

  • Having an in-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform's technical architecture, integration possibilities, and underlying technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during development or later stage. Identify root cause and drive resolution.
  • Provide assistance to the Sales team in creating custom sales demonstrations.

Live Presentations:

  • Conduct live, interactive software demonstrations, workshops, and live config sessions for sales teams, and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition, benefits, and differentiators of the ServiceNow Platform.

Market Awareness:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in customer service to enhance the quality and competitiveness of your demonstrations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 6+ years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools, including Scripting (JavaScript, Jelly), HTML, CSS, and Glide API.
  • Experience in building high-quality, Intuitive Interfaces using Service Portal/ UI Builder is highly Desirable.
  • Advanced proficiency in Glide scripting is mandatory.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration methods (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.) and third-party integrations.
  • Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, and at least 2 modules.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, business-oriented language for various audiences.
  • Quick problem-solving skills to address technical challenges during live demos.

 

Certifications

  • Essential possession of ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD) is a prerequisite.
