Position Summary :

The Procurement Functional Analyst provides ongoing end-user holistic support for applications supporting procurement processes during implementations projects, as well as business as usual activities. He / She works with the users to perform the analysis of business requirements and system enhancements, addresses them preparing functional and technical specifications, solves issues and identify their root causes to prevent them in future.

Key Duties

 

  • support procurement applications’ end-user
  • resolve incidents and problems related to procurement area, including Oracle EBS procurement module, including iSupplier and iProcurement
  • lead or participate in root cause analysis / corrective action for critical issues and incidents
  • lead the deployment of enhancements in procurement applications area particularly in the designing, building, testing, implementation and stabilization phases
  • develop test plans to ensure proper system functionality and defects free release and meet business requirements. Maintain systems to ensure reliability and performance
  • lead and support the deployment service requests (change requests) ensuring solution is scalable and meets overall business requirements and identify / document functional gaps, maintaining documentation for changes made to systems
  • collaborate with the Project Management Office to estimate the delivery timelines, estimate resourcing needs, and identify risks & issues upfront
  • monitor, support and enhance software integrations in procurement area (, ERP-APS, ERP-SRM, etc.)
  • cooperate with colleagues on other team in order to design harmonized solutions
  • conduct ongoing quality reviews and analysis of data in all systems in procurement processes area; identifies data quality issues and escalates for corrective actions
  • support and contribute on digital innovation initiatives for the procurement area
  • take part in digitalization projects as subject matter expert for procurement processes
  • work effectively with remote team members, outsourced resources, and users to complete tasks.

 

 

School Background / Working Seniority

  • 2-5 years of experience on Oracle EBS procurement area, including iSupplier and iProcurement
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • International experience 
  • Experience in an international System Integrator company is a plus

 

Basic Skills

  • Strong English language skills 
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Analytical, and Problem-solving skills are required

 

Technical / Functional skills

  • Deep experience with Oracle EBS procurement module including iSupplier and iProcurement
  • Experience with Oracle Advanced Pricing module is a plus
  • Experience with Oracle ASCP is a plus
  • Experience with PL/SQL or MS SQL, Java and Javascript is a plus
  • Experience creating Functional Requirement Documentation and Test Script
  • Excellent Communication and Teamwork skills
  • Process Discipline and Documentation skills essential
  • Ready to move beyond comfort zone
  • Ability to be adaptable and flexible while responding to deadlines on assignments and workflow fluctuations 
  • Knowledge of ITIL v3 is preferred
