KeyResponsibilities:

Developand implement BIM strategies and workflows to enhance projectefficiency.

Collaboratewith architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create andmaintain BIM models for buildings, infrastructure, and HVACprojects.

Possess anin-depth knowledge and understanding of Buildings, Tunnel, Bridge,Retaining structure, Geotechnical works, and HVAC systems withinthe BIM context.

Ensurethe accuracy and consistency of BIM data and coordinate withproject teams to resolve any issues related to buildings,infrastructure, andHVAC.

Generate 3Dmodels, construction documents, and other BIM deliverables withexpertise in buildings, infrastructure, and HVACprojects.

Conduct clashdetection analysis and resolve conflicts in buildings, tunnel,bridge, retaining structure, geotechnical works, and HVAC systemsto optimize projectoutcomes.

Possessintermediate knowledge in Building's design, re-bar concepts inRevit, and HVACsystems.

Providetraining and support to team members on BIM processes and tools,with a focus on buildings, infrastructure, and HVACprojects.

Stay currentwith industry trends and advancements in BIMtechnology.

Qualifications:

Bachelor'sdegree in [Civil, Mechanical] or equivalent workexperience.

Proven 5 - 8years experience as a BIM Engineer in buildings, infrastructure,and HVACprojects.

Proficient inBIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Civil 3D,BIM 360, and 3dsMax.

Intermediateknowledge in Building's design, re-bar concepts in Revit, and HVACsystems.

Strongunderstanding of BIM methodologies and bestpractices.

Excellentproblem-solving and analyticalskills.

Effectivecommunication and collaborationskills

Ability to workin a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
