Overview:The HumanResource Executive in the BPO setting plays a pivotal role inmanaging the HR functions to support the organizations operations.This position is integral in ensuring compliance with employmentlaws executing recruitment strategies and fostering positiveemployee relations.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Manage the endtoendrecruitment process including job postings sourcing interviewingand onboarding
  • Develop and implement HRpolicies and procedures in alignment with organizationalgoals
  • Handle employee relations includingconflict resolution and grievanceprocedures
  • Ensure adherence to laborregulations and legal requirements
  • Administerbenefits and leave managementprograms
  • Collaborate with management toidentify training and development needs
  • Conductperformance management and evaluationprocesses
  • Maintain and update employee recordsusing HRIS
  • Assist in the implementation ofemployee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate withexternal HR vendors such as payroll and benefitsproviders
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources or related field
  • Provenexperience in HR roles within the BPOindustry
  • Sound knowledge of labor laws andregulations
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HRmanagement software
  • Strong communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information withprofessionalism
  • Excellent organizational andtime management abilities
  • Experience indeveloping and implementing HR policies andprocedures
  • Understanding of performancemanagement and employee development
  • Familiaritywith benefits administration and leavemanagement
