QualificationsJob DescriptionBusinessAnalystExp 58YrsLocationChennaiThe ideal candidate willpossess strong analytical skills business acumen and excellentcommunication abilities to understand and articulate businessrequirementseffectively.Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gatheranalyze and document businessrequirements.Conduct thorough research andanalysis to identify business needs opportunities andrisks.Develop detailed business cases userstories and functional specifications to support projectinitiatives.Facilitate workshops andmeetings to elicit requirements resolve issues and drive consensusamong stakeholders.Work closely withcrossfunctional teams including developers designers and projectmanagers to ensure successful projectdelivery.Conduct user acceptance testing(UAT) and provide support during system implementation andpostimplementation phases.Continuouslymonitor industry trends best practices and emerging technologies torecommend innovative solutions and processimprovements.Provide ongoing support andguidance to stakeholders addressing any concerns or issues relatedto business processes andsystems.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Admin ComputerScience Information Technology or relatedfield.Proven experience as a BusinessAnalyst in the IT industry preferably within a consulting ortechnology services environment.Strongunderstanding of business processes systems analysis andrequirements gatheringtechniques.Proficiency in tools andmethodologies such as Agile Scrum JIRA and Microsoft OfficeSuite.Excellent communication presentationand interpersonal skills with the ability to interact withstakeholders at all levels.Analyticalmindset with the ability to translate complex business requirementsinto actionable insights andsolutions.Certification in Business Analysis(e.g. CBAP) is a plus.Experience inindustries such as healthcare finance or retail is highlydesirable.
