Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a diverse team of developers, designers, and QA professionals. Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Understand client requirements, manage expectations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address any issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications. Coordinate with QA teams to conduct thorough testing and validation.
  • Technical Guidance: Provide technical insights and guidance to the team. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges.
  • Reporting: Generate regular status reports for stakeholders, highlighting project progress, risks, and issues. Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of project management experience in web and mobile development.
  • Technical Background: Prior experience in software development, web technologies, or mobile app development is highly desirable.
  • Certifications: PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and team management abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
    • Solid understanding of web and mobile development processes
    • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
