Overseeproject timelines resource allocation and task delegation to meetproject milestones.Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in Laravelapplications. Stayupdated with Laravel best practices emerging technologies andindustry trends.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance teamproductivity and softwarequality.MustHaveSkills Required:Proficiency in PHP programming language and expertlevel knowledgeof Laravelframework. Strongunderstanding of MVC architecture and RESTful APIdevelopment.Experience with database design and optimization using MySQL orsimilar relationaldatabases. Abilityto write clean maintainable and welldocumented code followingcoding standards.Excellent problemsolving skills and attention todetail. Effectivecommunication and leadership abilities to lead and motivate ateam. Familiaritywith version control systems like Git and CI/CDpipelines.Experience with Agile developmentmethodologies.Strong problemsolving and troubleshootingskills.GoodtoHaveSkills: Knowledgeof frontend technologies like HTML CSS JavaScript and frameworkslike Vue.js orReact. Experiencewith cloud platforms like AWS orAzure.Understanding of Docker and containerizationconcepts.Certification in Laravel or relatedtechnologies.EducationRequired:Graduate:B.Tech/B.E. in Computers BCA in AnySpecialization.PG: M.TechMCA in Computers MS/M.Sc (Science) in AnySpecialization.
