Job Overview

We are seeking a Planning and Quality Engineer specializing in Residential Projects at Svinzy Digital Solutions. This full-time, mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience. The role focuses on construction planning and quality assurance, ensuring projects are completed according to specifications and within budget. The ideal candidate will work from our headquarters in Bangalore, contributing to residential project success.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Construction planning (Mandatory skill): Critical for developing comprehensive project plans that align with client expectations and timelines.
  • Planning and quality engineer (Mandatory skill): Essential for ensuring that all project components meet quality standards and client specifications.
  • Residential projects (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and engineering residential projects to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • Project management: Ability to coordinate tasks, manage resources, and lead projects to successful completion within scope and time constraints.
  • Quality assurance: Expertise in systems and processes for maintaining high-quality standards in construction projects.
  • Budgeting: Skilled in financial planning and cost management to adhere to budgets and optimize project spending.
  • Building codes knowledge: In-depth understanding of relevant regulations and codes to ensure all construction complies with legal standards.
  • Civil engineer: Strong foundation in civil engineering principles to support technical aspects of planning and construction activities.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and milestone definitions for residential projects.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and project specifications.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to align on project goals and ensure transparent communication throughout project lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety standards and building codes.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion and handling of obstacles.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimizing resources without compromising quality.
  • Implement quality assurance processes, inspecting materials and workmanship to meet established quality standards.
