Location: Chennai

Position Overview: 

 We are seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Developer proficient in React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and AWS services to join our development team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver robust and user-friendly solutions. 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Development: Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and MySQL. 

  • Full Stack Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in both front-end and back-end development, ensuring seamless integration between the two layers. 

  • Database Management: Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient queries, and ensure data integrity using MySQL or similar relational databases. 

  • AWS Integration: Utilize various AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, and others to deploy, manage, and scale web applications effectively. 

  • Architecture Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable architecture solutions that meet business requirements. 

  • Code Reviews and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices. Implement automated testing and continuous integration practices. 

  • Performance Optimization: Identify and address performance bottlenecks in both front-end and back-end layers to ensure optimal application performance. 

  • Security: Implement security best practices to protect web applications from common vulnerabilities and ensure compliance with industry standards. 

  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and development guidelines. 

  • Mentorship and Knowledge Sharing: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent work experience. 

  • Proven experience (5+ years) developing web applications using React.js and Node.js. 

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3. 

  • Experience with relational database design and development using MySQL or similar technologies. 

  • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB). 

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. 

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Github, Bitbucket). 

  • Solid understanding of software development best practices (e.g., Agile methodologies, SOLID principles). 

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. 

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with other front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) and back-end technologies (e.g., Python, Express.js). 

  • Knowledge of GraphQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). 

  • Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

  • Experience with the design component libraries Chakra UI and Material UI
