What YoullBring:

Understand thegeneral values and principles of Agile as outlined in the ScaledAgile Framework (SAFe) and be fully aligned to those values andprinciples
Serve as the Release Train Engineer for anART facilitate planning and execution of ARTwide and PI events aswell as relentless improvement at the ART level.
Managethe implementation of reporting standards/KPIs across theART
Active membership in the RTE Community of Practicehelping the organization to maintain alignment learn new techniquesand improve technical and quality practices.

Requirements:
Scrum Master certification with 7 years experience
Abachelors degree or equivalent experience is required
Servant leader and strong communicator with strong facilitation andcollaboration skills
Experience applying Lean Thinkingand Systems Thinking in large organizations
Experienceworking in an Agile organization using Scrum XP Kanban Scaled AgileFramework (SAFe)
Prior experience with AgileTransformation activities

Preferred:
Experience managing and facilitating program increment(PI) planning readiness program increment (PI) planning events andprogram (PI) execution
Experience with Lean PortfolioManagement facilitation for program portfolio orexecutivelevel
SPC certification as well ascertification(s) in Agile methodologies (e.g. CSM CSPO CSP PMI ACPSA SPC RTE SSM SASM)
Strong understanding of anddemonstrated experience in using Jira
Experience withcreating delivery metrics at team and ART levels to use forcoaching/mentoring retrospectives and for managementawareness
