Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team at Masti Health and Beauty Private Limited. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing a range of spa treatments and therapies to our valued customers. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in Spa Therapy or a related field
• Proven experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably 1 to 3 years
• Excellent knowledge of various spa treatments and therapies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide personalized and attentive customer service
• Good physical stamina and hands-on dexterity
• Able to work in a team environment
• Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products
• Valid certification in First Aid and CPR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide professional spa treatments and therapies to clients
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their needs and preferences
• Create a calm and relaxing environment for clients
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the spa area
• Adhere to all spa policies and procedures
• Recommend and sell spa products to clients
• Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences
• Stay updated with the latest spa trends and techniques
• Attend training sessions and workshops as required
