Role/Designation: Clinical Administrator

No. of position: 1

Qualification: MBA in Hospital Administration preferred

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years as a clinical coordinator

Responsibilities: A Clinical Administrator is responsible for ensuring that healthcare facilities provide high- quality care to patients. Their primary role is to daily driving of clinical process compliance by clinical teams, evaluate the effectiveness of clinical processes and identify opportunities for improvement.

1. Daily monitoring and evaluation of clinical processes compliance and quality via daily dashboard analysis and identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address them

. 2. Daily communication of quality improvement initiatives to clinical team members that address clinical processes and outcomes gaps.

3. Conduct monthly audits of clinical process compliance to identify areas of improvement and collaborate with clinical teams to develop action plans to improve quality outcomes.

4. Work closely with other stakeholders in the central clinical quality teams and clinical teams to improve clinical outcomes.

5. Analyse data and generates reports on clinical quality outcomes and use these reports to identify trends, evaluate performance, and develop strategies for improvement.

6. Educate healthcare staff on quality improvement initiatives, including best practices for clinical processes and compliance with regulatory standards.

7. Participate in committees and task forces related to clinical quality improvement initiatives to develop strategies to improve clinical outcomes.
