PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
This role is responsible for ensuring that the organization is able to attract, motivate and retain the right talent, critical for the business success. This role is critical in ensuring the cost model of the business is competitive in market place and managing compensation and benefits operations effectively and give a better employee experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Drive Business Alignment, Market competitive and effective C&B practices
- Drive timely and accurate salary revision letters to all applicable employees (Including Fresher’s cycle)
- To ensure timely and accurate salary pay-outs as per SLA
- Forecast, plan and be within approved budgets specified for C&B across geographies
- Publishing hiring range data quarterly base to resourcing team.
- and also publish quarterly base adherence report
- To ensure right cost input details captured, reviewed and shared with finance for non USA locations new assignments
- Review of C&B policies, processes and incorporate required changes to aligning to business needs.
- Coordinate with payroll outsourced vendors for smooth and accurate run of payroll / variable pay and other pay-outs as per defined timelines
- To ensure data accuracy all the reports / data shared with stockholder
- Build and mentor a smart team - be responsible for their deliverables, development and value adds
- Ensure continuous competence enhancement of the self & team
- Master's in Business Administration
- Total of 15 + years as a C&B Specialist
- Relevant 10+ years in C&B at a senior role
- Handled compensation and benefits for IT, ITes companies at a senior role
- Experience in Compensation and Benefit
- Experience in Payroll Management
- Good expertise in MS Office tools, Oracle ERP, C&B Tool
