Global Market Operations also known as COCE(client operating center of excellence) is further divided into 4departments i.e. Trade Processing & Support Product ControlClient Management & Change Management. Product Control inthe wider market outside of BNP is Middle Office. Product Controlconsists of streams like Documentation & ReconciliationTrade Support P&L & Trading Portfolio &controls. Product Control teams are in regular contact with MarketFront Office Regional Back Offices and Regional Finance &other support teams for their BAU.

The Trade Support team looksafter the US Bond Trade Support.

The resourcewill need to work in partnership with our clients sales and tradingto ensure that trades are allocated confirmed and processed in atimely manner. Provide support to our front office equities tradingdesks and also act as a point of contact for internalfront/backofficeenquiries.

Responsibilities

• A comprehensive understanding of Bonds/Securities front to backtrade lifecycle experience Demonstrateawareness and procedures to mitigate operational risk escalateappropriately Trade amendments and bookingreversals of trades Liaison between FrontOffice and all supporting functions Work inpartnership with our clients sales and trading to ensure thattrades are allocated confirmed and processed in a timely manner Provide support for front office Bondtrading desks. Work closely with technicalteams to improve trader experience. Focusedwork with zero tolerance controls and strict deadlines. Ability to build good relationship withinthe team and Front Office trading and management Strong appreciation and value of STP and ofIT solutions to reduce processing and improve controls Ability to multitask to be flexible retasks and accommodate varying levels of volume and complexitywithout deterioration in task quality

• Act as point ofcontact for internal middle/backoffice enquiries.

• Directrelationships with the front office / back officecolleagues.

• Build andmaintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the globe inFront Back and MiddleOffice

• Strong working andopen relationship with localmanagement

• At least Twoyears and above in an operational supportposition.

• IB Equity/BondsOperations experience preferred essentially in Trade Supportfunctions

• Experienceworking within algorithmic trading highlybeneficial.

• Competencywith MS Suite especially Excel and the ability to learn multipleprograms quickly

• Highlevel of product knowledge in Equities

• High level of knowledgeof middle office and back office systems

• Strong organizationalskills and ability toprioritize

• Innovativeconstantly identifying gaps in process and to seekimprovements

• Ethics andControl must have good work ethics and risk / control mind set.
