Senior Accounting Analyst

What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Accounting Analyst, you will resolve financial support issues and inquiries from both internal and external customers and work with relevant non-accounting personnel in reviewing contracts to confirm company policies are adhered to and financial reporting requirements of the company are met.

You will:

Prepare monthly BSR (Balance Sheet Reconciliation) & journal entries for indirect tax accounts

Work on preparation of schedules needed for filing of GSTR-9/9C for 25 GST registrations

Work on preparing reconciliation files required for GST Audit & Assessments

Coordinate with the Indirect tax team and consultants to ensure there are no misses in tax filings

Work on the month/quarter close variance analysis and on process improvements/ automations

Essential Requirements

CA/ICWA (CMA) /ACCA with 2- 3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of IND- AS / US GAAP etc.

Working knowledge of accounting principles, policies, and practices

Good knowledge of ERP and MS office/Excel & the ability to utilize multiple systems and procedures to accomplish work

Good written and oral communication skills, with the ability to partner with cross functional teams

Desirable Requirements

Knowledge of GST Law & GST returns including GSTR-9/ 9C filings

Team player with good analytical skills and drive for results through collaboration
