Primary Responsibilities:

Design and develop complex Pega BPM applications, business solutions by creating new and modifying existing Pega BPM applicationsContribute as an individual Pega developer and guide the team when requiredHelp translate requirements into user-stories and actively participate in project lifecycleTo work closely with SSA/SA/BA/Architects to ensure requirements are well documented and clearProvide appropriate status updates to lead/scrum master on routine basisActively participate in quality audits, code reviews time to timeTroubleshoot Pega applications issues, coding bugs and bottlenecksMaintaining security of all supported Pega applicationsMonitoring and Take caring Production Support TasksComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in software development with hands on experience on PEGA PRPC (8.X)Solid experience in Application Performance, Security validationExperience as Pega developer with focus on application development, rule development or process architectingExperience of enterprise level system development with solid knowledge of industry standard interface protocols (i.e., REST, KAFKA)Hands-on experience on Pega tools like Pega Deployment Manager (PDM), Pega Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC)Good knowledge on BIX ProcessCore Java knowledgeJava Script / Basic HTML knowledgePega Theme Cosmos UI Development knowledgeCase Design and Creating new Data types / export and import data knowledgeGood understanding of software engineering practices and architecture guidelinesCompleted one complete Pega implementation leading from DesignProven ability to analyze Predictive Diagnostic Cloud (PDC) to check the application health check Proven ability developing new reports by joining multiple tables
