As an Executive Admin you will be workingwith our HR and Accounts team in order to execute their daily tasksfor efficient operation of the company. Your responsibilities willbe as follows:

  • Maintain and managevisitors inward and vehicle record books.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks with vendors(carpenter painter electrician etc.).
  • Overseehousekeeping activities to ensure a clean and organized workenvironment.
  • Purchase and maintain monthlycafeteria consumables and office stationery.
  • Maintain and update maintenance filesincluding asset and renewal lists.
  • Handlerenewals related to company licenses permits and certifications(e.g. trade license fire safety etc.).
  • Manageofficial sim cards and courier services.
  • Coordinate travel bookings and visa processingfor management and employees.
  • Organize andmanage various office events and activities including logisticspurchase props and gifts and arrange food/snacks.
  • Support vendor registration process bypreparing general tender documents.
  • Assist theBusiness Development team in presales and postsales activities.
  • Register company representatives for variousexhibitions conferences etc.
  • Assist andcoordinate with design engineering team HR finance team andmanagement.

JobRequirements:

  • You are agraduate in commerce fresher or with minimum relevant workexperience of 6 months.
  • Proven experience as anExecutive Administrative Assistant or in a similar role will bepreferred.
  • Strong organizational andmultitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to workindependently and collaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Detailoriented with a proactiveand problemsolving attitude.
  • You should hold atwowheeler license.
  • You are ready to serveminimum service commitment of 2.5 years in ourcompany.
  • Candidates living in and around Panajiwill be preferred.
