Validation and Test

- Create, define and develop electrical validation environment and test suites.
- Experience in characterization of PLL/ADC/DAC.
- Developing and writing validation plans, working close with test team for characterization & bench-to-ATE correlation
- Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.
- Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Presilicon Validation teams.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in silicon validation to develop and document electrical validation requirements and tests for verification of Si designs.
