- CandidateManagement:
- Buildand maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current andfuture hiring needs.
- Ensure a positivecandidate experience by providing timely communication and feedbackthroughout the recruitment process.
- Managecandidate relationships and act as the main point of contact duringthe interview and offerstages.
- CollaborationandCommunication:
- Workclosely with account managers and department heads to understandthe specific requirements for eachposition.
- Provide regular updates onrecruitment progress challenges and markettrends.
- Collaborate with the HR team to enhanceand streamline recruitmentprocesses.
- MarketResearch:
- Stayinformed about industry trends competitor practices and emergingtechnologies to ensure a competitive advantage in talentacquisition.
- Conduct salary surveys and marketanalysis to ensure the company remains competitive in terms ofcompensation andbenefits.
- Compliance:
- Ensurecompliance with all applicable laws and regulations related torecruitment and employment.
- Maintain accurateand uptodate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS).
- Provenexperience as an IT Recruiter with a focus on technicalpositions.
- Strong knowledge of IT rolestechnologies and industry trends.
- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
- Abilityto manage multiple priorities and work in a fastpacedenvironment.
- Technicalunderstanding of IT roles technologies and programminglanguages.
- Experience in recruiting for skillsrelevant to your IT industry.
