Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Banking Officer to join our team at INFOEXESY. As a Banking Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their banking needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. This is a full-time position based in Karimnagar, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresh graduate with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist customers with their banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
  • Provide information and guidance to customers regarding account balances, interest rates, and loan options.
  • Promote and cross-sell banking products and services to customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the banking system.
  • Perform daily reconciliation and balancing of cash and transaction records.
  • Assist with the opening and closing of customer accounts.
  • Conduct financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Adhere to customer service standards and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
