About thejob

We are looking for an Analystto join our US Market Access Insights business group in Bangalore.The Market access content team consists of about 50 people andreports to the Senior Manager. The fulltime analyst position willresearch and write content pertaining to United States marketaccess specifically the analysis of national managed careorganizations. The analyst will be responsible for determining theappropriate techniques to research and transform data intoactionable insights for our clientbase.

About You ExperienceEducation Skills AndAccomplishments

  • Masters degree in pharmacy/life sciences/biotechnology isrequired.
  • At least 2 years of experience o inhealthcare company analysis market research or US market access isrequired.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
  • Excellent attention todetail.
  • Outstanding communication skills(written and oral) with ability to communicate clearly conciselyand objectively in both written and spokenEnglish.
  • Interest in writing forbusiness/professional audience
  • Excellentwriting skills. Able to distil complex information and strategiescogently on short turnaround.
  • Understanding ofmarket access issues and market researchprocesses
  • Solid understanding of US healthcaremarketplace and government programs such as MedicaidMedicare
  • Ability to communicate clearlyconcisely and objectively in written and spokenEnglish.
  • Ability to work with other analystsexperience working on multiple projects under tight deadlines andgreat attention to detail.
  • Strong Excel andPowerPoint skills
  • SQL Python and Tableauskills a plus

As part ofthe role you will

  • Research develop and produce highquality content for assignedinsight products and other projects as assigned with weekly andmonthly deadlines.
  • Review prioritize andanalyse information gathered and data to produce indepthqualitative analysis for decisionmakers within thebiopharmaceutical industries.
  • Track news andmonitor industry trends to understand the roles of payers PBMspharmacies Federal and local government insurers employersspecialty pharmacies insurance and formularydynamics.
