Understanding & creating process routing in Oracle (ability to work with excel to oracle linkage which includes outside source processing OSP creation, Special painting process updating, Special paint hold releasing, finished goods and Part level routing updating) Understanding and technicality of drawings, manuals, procedures, process required for Valve & Skid assembly line. Creating and maintaining WI/CP/PFMEA/SOP/JSA/ HIRA for existing / new products Layout Standardization for entire factory and ensure lean practice on designing the existing / new Line layouts, Material Flow from start to end. Drawing & modifying Auto CAD drawings of tools, jigs & fixtures. Generating and Implementation of Kaizen, SMED, 5S, Safety improvement opportunities and Poke-Yoke system in processesWho You Are:
You quickly and significantly act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations. You adjust communication content and style to meet the needs of diverse partners. You always keep the end in sight; puts in extra effort to meet deadlines. You analyze multiple and diverse sources of information to define problems accurately before moving to solutions. For This Role, You Will Need:
Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering with relevant Manufacturing Engineering and a total experience of 4 years High level of integrity & trust Auto CAD experience is a must Working knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook) Good communications and people management skills.
