JobDescription
Indepth knowledge about trials with concrete admixture in projectsites preferably some idea about admixture formulationalso.

Establishing most economical solution with admixture for meetingcustomerneeds.

Support the sales team to improve wallet share of admixtures& evaluate existing and new customers every year andprepare action plan for nextyear.

Handle and resolve issues of key users on technicalparameters.

Thorough market mapping in that particulargeography.

Drive admixtures business in B/C class RMC & prepare costestimate forconcrete.

Work towards site approval of admixture in small road projects(State highways at least) tapping insite consultants &technically establishing suitableproducts.

Drive admixture in developer segment & create database forit.

Drive admixture business in paver block & AAC blockmanufacturing industry; including preparing cost estimate forconcrete.

Connect with local consultants/engineers to get approvals ofadmixtures in majorprojects.

Benchmarking with widely used range of competition product bypicking up their samples & maintain data on marketdevelopment or changes of competitor sactivities.
