  • Supervisingmedical staff and participating in surgical teamcoordination

  • Ensuringcompliance with medical and ethical standards in surgicalpractice
  • Participating in educationalactivities and research initiatives

RequiredQualifications
  • Medical degree andcompletion of residency training in generalsurgery
  • Licensure to practice as asurgeon
  • Board certification in generalsurgery
  • Proven experience as a general surgeonor surgical consultant
  • Demonstrated proficiencyin a wide range of surgical procedures
  • Strongunderstanding of surgical best practices and patient carestandards
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
  • Ability to workeffectively in a multidisciplinary healthcareteam
  • Commitment to ongoing professionaldevelopment and learning
  • Attention to detailand strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability towork efficiently under pressure in highstakessituations
  • Adherence to ethical andprofessional standards in medicalpractice
