Senior Executive Employee Experience

Position purpose: 

We are hiring an Employee Experience with a mission to engage, excite and attract the best talents across functions and seniorities. Reporting to our Talent & Excitement Lead, this role offers you an exciting opportunity to work on roles across the region. 

You will be responsible for end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes, responsible for developing strong relationships internally and externally to ensure effective sourcing and a robust candidate pipeline that includes the job offer process and reporting activities , status and recruitment budgets. This role will also coordinate and administer a variety of programmes and activities surrounding employee services, covering multiple Human Resources activities.

Key Responsibilities: 

· Manage the full recruitment process to deliver timely hiring needs; including job briefing, job posting, interview/assessment approach, offer negotiation and reference checks 

· Advance the talent acquisition process by using various recruitment tools and channels 

· Gain a keen understanding from hiring managers to understand the job specifications to establish effective recruiting strategies for the various roles, focusing foremost on direct sourcing 

· Keep abreast of the recruitment best practices and leverage talent/market insights to provide advice to business stakeholders and BP in the refinement of recruitment strategy and ensure optimal deployment.

· Coordinate pre-onboarding, on-boarding and off-boarding process 

· Facilitate communications between employees and supervisors/managers and ensure the wider workforce is aware of company policies and procedures 

· Manage the HRIS data integrity and work closely with the Regional CoE to improve

functionality of the system

· Ensure that all HR official letter are prepared and file ( offer, confirmation, increment, bonus, promotion, disciplinary, acceptance of resignation) 

· Apply work permit etc. where necessary 

· Organize employee engagement events and participate in company events and other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned 

· End-to-end recruitment cycle

Dashboard and Reporting 

· Ensure active and accurate tracking of recruitment activities and performance

Requirements

Requirements: 

· Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in in – House Talent Acquisition and generalist HR functions

· Prior experience in Beauty and or Consumer Goods industry is advantageous 

· Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationships 

· A self-starter able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced and demanding environment 

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

· Demonstrate an up-to-date working knowledge of relevant best practices, tools, and platforms 

· Have positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast – paced, growing business

· Have experience with MS excel required, familiarity with CSV files

· Have hands on experience with SAP ERP or similar software
