  1. Mining Mate Certificate ofCompetency.
  2. He shall have minimum 05 years ofindependent experience in mine operations including blastingoperations.
  3. He shall of sound knowledge ofmachine safety and operational safety aspects.
  4. He shall have the sound knowledge of productivity andquality parameters.
  5. He shall have soundknowledge on drilling and blasting parameters.
  6. To perform the duties of Mining Mate as specified inReg.47 of Metalliferous Mines Regulation 1961.
  7. He shall have to maintain all statutory records relatedto PESO and DGMS.
  8. He shall have the knowledgeon SOP related to all mining operations.
  9. Heshall have the knowledge of cost optimization in miningoperations.
  10. He shall have responsible forplanning of safe operation of various HEMMs.
  11. He shall maintain his own statutory diary for dailyactivities.
  12. He shall assist Forman Mining /Asst. Manager Mining as per the requirements.
