Role/ Job Title:  Analyst-Data, Planning & Monitoring

Function/ Department:  Retail Liabilities

Job Purpose:

This role is designed to help us grow our liabilities business by 4-5x in the next few years. He/She will be building and scaling up digital, analytics and organizational capabilities to acquire and retain high quality customers and offer them a superior banking experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Analytics and Insights:

Responsible for business analytics to generate actionable insights for the business and channels Utilize data analysis techniques to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within the retail liabilities business Extract insights from data to drive informed decision-making and support business strategies Define relevant input and output KPIs to generate insights and actionables for the business Track, monitor, and report relevant input and output KPIs for the business and channels Develop and maintain data tracking systems and tools to monitor the defined KPIs on an ongoing basis Regularly analyze and report on the performance of KPIs to relevant stakeholders, highlighting key insights and trends Prepare performance and management information system (MIS) reports for senior management review

Customer Insights:

Generate insights about customer behaviour, preferences, and needs through data analysis, market research, and customer feedback Analyze customer data, such as transaction history, demographics, and product usage, to understand customer behavior and preferences Apply customer insights to inform and enhance business strategies, including engagement and channel strategies.

Education Qualification: 

Graduation: Any

Experience:  5 to 10 years of relevant experience
