Job Description
Lead in developing and maturing customer experience capabilities in the B2B space with a lenz of addressing outside-in as well as inside-out business needs. Collaborate and shape business case & charter with business stakeholders driving clarity on scope and business requirementsDefine the needed business cases with project team and process owner, defining business outcomes, including current baseline and future target metrics, such as leading and lagging indicators, and linking to strategic key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide analysis on key business drivers and metrics using the latest analytics & visualization technology. Reviews, analyzes and evaluates business systems and user needs. Work with execution teams (in collaboration with the product owners and technical leaders) to communicate business needs in the form of clear personas, use cases and business requirements. Serve as a conduit between the developers and the product owners to drive clarity on " the what/need" Serve as a stage gate to review outcomes match business needs before turning over to business stakeholders for verification and acceptance. Map current & future state processes, process gaps, data flow diagrams, etc. in support of transformation Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business areas to supports several moderately complex business processes. Be responsible for training and support documentation, as well as business readiness & service transition Provides consultative support in financial management, organizational change, vendor management, and operational excellence to transformation initiativesBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and related experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.Preferred Qualifications:
10 plus years of experience with Business analysis, Process Improvement and data management experience 10 plus years of experience with driving business solutions in B2B and B2C space Strong client facing , requirements gathering skills Knowledge of ADOBE Experience Manager a plus but not required Experience with UX, Wireframes , persona and use case driven requirements gathering Strong JIRA and Scrum capabilities to support day to day scrum updates Experience with current and future state end-to-end business process analysis and design Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/SAFE methodologies Demonstrated ability to lead planning and cross functional discussions to drive requirements clarity and decision making Excellent communication skills Self-starter and possesses flexibility to work in a fast-paced & fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations, with ability to succeed amidst ambiguity Applies in-depth professional knowledge and understanding to technical or business problem solving Strong analytical skills ; ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps. Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise, and builds the ability in others Ability to manage priorities, ambiguity and data to find and execute improvement opportunities to drive strategic goals. Intellectual curiosity and the ability to question partners across functional areas Successfully transfers skills and knowledge to other individuals or groups Seeks and Incorporates relevant perspectives when assessing a situation, making a decision or presenting Strong listening, pragmatic feedback, negotiation and conflict resolution skills Collaborate within various IT, business capability teams and business stakeholders to achieve maximum business value Accepts additional challenges and tasks that will help grow in this role and prepare for future roles Works on multiple projects as a project team member, occasionally as a project leader. May coach more junior staff.-
