We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our India team in Gurgaon/Bengaluru and contribute to our innovative projects.


Role Overview:

As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced ML/AI models that power our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and data engineering, to create scalable and efficient data-driven solutions. Your expertise will directly influence the personalized experience we offer our users and the efficiency of our internal processes.


Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop large-scale machine learning models, with a focus on personalization and recommendation algorithms.

- Implement and optimize information retrieval and ranking algorithms to enhance the relevance and accuracy of our offerings.

- Stay at the forefront of ML and AI advancements, incorporating the latest tools, frameworks, and libraries into our projects.

- Develop and enhance data, ML, AI, and BI product features to maximize user experience and value delivery.

- Create ML/AI solutions to streamline internal processes, including data ingestion, summarization, and quality control, improving both accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with product and design teams to gather requirements and design robust data-driven solutions.

- Maintain and enhance the existing ML infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability.

- Continuously monitor and fine-tune models to achieve optimal performance.


Qualifications:

- Education: B.Tech/B.E./MSc./MBA in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics from a top-tier institution.

- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience as an ML/AI/NLP Engineer, with a proven track record of working on large-scale models involving both structured and unstructured data.

- Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and object-oriented programming.

- Expertise in machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.

- Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, AI, and NLP techniques.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Spark, and AWS for deploying and managing ML models.

- Familiarity with data pipelines and big data processing.

- Desirable: Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Shell scripting.

- Soft Skills:

- Strong problem-solving and quantitative analysis skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proactive approach to staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
