We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Finance Systems Administrator to join our finance team in Mumbai India to optimize system functionality, troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements. What you will be doing.
As our Finance System Administrator , you will be responsible for managing, supporting and maintaining our financial systems used to run the business and capture data and information, as well as working with the finance team on data and financial analysis.Key responsibilities include: Administer and provide user support for the company’s NetSuite ERP system and other corporate finance systems. Execute regular system routines and month-end processes. Collaborate with the IT Business Partner to enhance and develop systems, including requirements analysis, specification writing, solution design, testing, and deployment. Create saved searches and queries to extract data, prepare reports, and analyze information using NetSuite reporting, NetSuite saved searches, SQL Queries, Power BI, and Excel. Support new company setup and data migration initiatives. Document, design, and implement business processes. Organize and consolidate data from multiple sources in a structured and clear manner. Generate reports and analyses to support strategic initiatives and business planning. Perform detailed analysis and present summarised findings. The role is based within Mumbai, India and the candidate should have the right to live and work in India.
What we are looking for.
The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of accounting software systems with a keen eye for detail. You have excellent communication, time management and interpersonal skills. In addition, you will have:In addition, you will have: NetSuite system administration or advanced user. NetSuite Platform: A deep understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem, including modules, customizations, and integrations. Advanced Microsoft Excel and VBA knowledge. Manage workloads and deliver objectives in tight timeframes. Desirable: NetSuite development knowledge: SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, Custom Fields and Records. Working Power BI knowledge Accounting knowledge (through job experience or education). Knowledge of JavaScript or other programming languages
