JobDescription:
Support daily operations of a variety ofHRMS (Human Resource Management) applications;
Providesupport and privileged access to application end users; Liaisonwith different teams both internally and externally to identify andresolve application issues;
Participate in testing ofsystem enhancements bug fixes and new releases.
Assistwith the evaluation and implementation of upgrades and newapplications;
Investigate and troubleshoot functionaland technical issues; Participate in user acceptance testingactivities; Utilize analytic skills to extrapolate data formanagement reporting and metrics using a variety of methodsautomations and systems. Skills needed for the role: Proficient inverbal and written communications in English. Have goodtroubleshooting skills required for solving complex issues. Haveexperience using ITSM tools preferably Service Now with goodunderstanding of Incident Management Change Management and ProblemManagement. Proficient with creating and handling documentations(SOPs KB articles etc.) knowledge management capabilities. Havingexperience in Workday or similar HRMS will be preferred payrollcompensation leave/absence management etc. Experience in reportingand automation tools and proficient in MS Office products. Othertechnical skills : Mandatory Skills: SQL basics (MySQL Oracle)Preferred Skills: .Net C# PowerAutomate PowerShell VisualStudioNodeJS JavaScriptAngular

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strongexperience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills:Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications. -Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture anddevelopment best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modulessuch as Incident Management, Change Management, and ServiceCatalog. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. AdditionalInformation: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years ofexperience in ServiceNow development. - The ideal candidate willpossess a strong educational background in computer science or arelated field, along with a proven track record of deliveringimpactful ServiceNow solutions.
