Role andResponsibilities:
Asa Desktop Engineer at Kezan Consulting you will be responsible forhandling all hardware and networking related issues for oursystems. This includes troubleshooting maintenance and repair ofdesktops laptops printers and other peripheral devices. You willalso provide support for software installation updates andconfiguration. Additionally you will collaborate with the IT teamto ensure smooth functioning of all IT equipment and providetechnical assistance toemployees.
CandidateQualifications:
Tobe successful in this role you should have a bachelors degree incomputer science or a related field. You should have a minimum of 2years of experience in desktop support or a similar role. Strongknowledge of hardware and networking concepts is essential.Excellent problemsolving and communication skills are alsorequired. Additionally certifications such as CompTIA A orMicrosoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) will beadvantageous.
